This website was created for:
A. people who were born in Leipzig, Germany and were forced to leave by the Nazis from 1933 through 1945, and
B. for all their descendants located throughout the world, and
C. for everyone else who has an interest in Leipzig and it’s history related to the Holocaust and Holocaust Survivors.
Everyone is welcome and encouraged to share and partake in the reading and exchange of historical photos, documents and stories that they have and are being shared by former and current Leipzigers and their descendants. We also encourage all people, including current residents living in the City of Leipzig, Germany, as well as all other institutions, Jewish and secular, to provide us with their thoughts and experiences related to the Holocaust and post Holocaust period in Leipzig.
